Lisa has been working in the wedding industry for over 30 years now. She has been a function manager for some of Victoria’s award winning wedding venues and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

MEET LISA

From the first initial inquiry our team works with you to create your day. We suggest venues and locations that will work with your vision and budget. Once we have narrowed the search down we request the availability from our local teams and venues and reply to you with the dates available.

A booking link is sent where you can select any additional extras such as hair and makeup to your elopement package and then our suppliers are all locked in and secured for your special day once your booking fee has been received.

Once we have locked in your date we get to work behind the scenes to ensure that we have everything well organised and ready for your special day.

There are many steps in the process to getting you both married, and we have it all covered.

Our phone and emails are always open so you can touch base at any part of the process to ask questions and put your mind at ease.

We will send you an email requesting to lock in a time to chat over the phone closer to your wedding day. In this call Lisa will discuss every detail and this information is then passed on to the team on the day.

We take care of ALL the organising. If you are eloping or have a long guest list there are many tasks along the way that get taken care of for you. You may not be hearing from us every day, however we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to align everything so you can just turn up and be married with as little stress as possible.

In your co-ordination call we will cover off some of the list below depending on whether you are eloping or having a micro wedding...

Location of the ceremony and accessibility. Wet Weather plans and permits

Timing for the day – when you and your guests are to be on site for the celebrations. A run sheet is supplied outlining what happens when.

Flower selection – bouquets + Suit flower

Dietary requirements

Final Numbers attending

Upgrades to your package – adding on a content creator, extra photo + video coverage, styling to the ceremony or dining room

The Team – sending all information on to them about photo shoot lists, family dynamics, photo and video notes. Hair and Makeup inspo.

Liaising with the team in the lead up and on the day to keep everyone from the Elope Team informed of all the details so you can rest assured we have every detail covered.

We ask when you will be announcing to family and friends so we can keep your elopement a secret for as long as you can

Once this phone call is completed you receive a to do email and then we tie up any loose ends if any at all. These details are passed on to the team and venues, and this becomes their guidesheet for the event.

Lisa also messages you the day before to ensure you are aware of all the confirmed details and procedure on the day the team take.

This process has been refined to eliminate any unnecessary chaos for you and provides everything you need for your day.

We can organise an elopement wedding in as little as 5 weeks! Most of our elopements are organised within a 3-12 month time frame. The earlier you book, the more location and date options we can offer.

An elopement provides a celebrant and photographer to capture your day whereas a micro provides you with a fully inclusive ceremony & reception with inclusions such as video, cake and bouquet and button hole.

No, not at all. We handle all necessary permits and paperwork on your behalf.

Our packages are designed around midweek days Monday - Thursday, however at certain times of the year we can provide weekend dates for you, subject to availability.
