Melbourne urban wedding at its very best in Collingwood. Our urban distillery partner venue was originally built in 1861, with a number of original features still evident today. With contemporary urban interior design, whilst still representing its industrial roots and a flexible space that allows for micro weddings from 20 up to 50 under dramatic vaulted ceilings. This venue can be made up as you see fit with florals and table elements to create as your own or lean on the special ambience of the space “as is”.

The abundant windows from the second level also allow plenty of light for a ceremony space straight into drinks and canapés for guests while we sneak off to the nearby streets for some photos (plenty of graffiti walls near here or urban landscape). These dynamic spaces, paired with an overall industrial vibe create the perfect atmosphere for your inner-city celebration and/or ceremony.

Located in the Southgate building on Southbank and within the Arts precinct, Commune Wine Bar has just about one of the very best views of Melbourne city. This venue was made for micro weddings with their intimate space right within the hustle and bustle of the city.

The wine bar and front balcony is perfect for canapés after your ceremony and this gorgeous light filled space offers either private dining for up to 20 with non exclusive use and the option for fully exclusive use for gatherings up to 50 people with great food and as the name suggests, great wine.

This venue is all about THAT view - Melbourne’s iconic city scape, such as Flinders Street Station and St Paul's Cathedral across the iconic Yarra River. We have options to marry you in the nearby art centre lawn/botanical gardens or right within the venue so you can provide a one spot stop for your guests to enjoy while we whisk you off for some photos beside the river.

For city outdoor garden options the two we suggest are Treasury and Fitzroy Gardens. Gorgeous areas to be married and feel like you have you’re own private little spot while in the middle of the city within walking distance or a short tram ride to wherever you want to go. Both don’t require a permit for under 50 guests which is bonus for our small wedding formats and we have ties with a number of local restaurants that offer private dining options for micro weddings.

We are thrilled to have partnered with the luxurious Langham Hotel to bring your intimate elopement to their stunning onsite spaces, surrounded by, in our opinion, the best city views of any hotel in Melbourne.

We have options to marry you on the balcony of this stunning hotel in a specially allocated room for our couples. We can marry you here then head to Commune Wine Bar (featured above) for your private dining or can recommend local, non exclusive dining options onsite, or organise grazing right in that gorgeous balcony view to soak in the Melbourne sunset with your handful of guests.

The Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo offer a unique backdrop for your ceremony with a number of spaces onsite for your intimate wedding. Say I do just the two of you or with a handful of your closest people. We can accommodate small ceremony only packages and onto micro weddings that include food and beverage in a dedicated space.
