From elegant wineries and boutique venues to stunning restaurants and scenic destinations, we work with incredible locations that provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxed yet elevated celebration. It’s the ideal balance between an intimate wedding and a traditional reception, allowing you to enjoy quality time with the people who matter most.

Your ceremony includes a professional celebrant who will guide you through the process, including ceremony planning, the lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), and all required legal paperwork. Your bespoke ceremony will feature personalised vows presented on beautifully printed vow cards, the exchanging of rings, and the signing of your official marriage documents, creating a moment that feels authentic and meaningful.
Capturing your memories is an important part of your day, which is why this package includes two hours of professional photography, with 250+ images delivered in an online gallery. You’ll also receive a selection of sneak peek images within 48 hours so you can relive the highlights almost immediately. In addition, your wedding will be documented by a professional videographer for two hours, creating a beautifully edited 3–4 minute highlight film that will be delivered digitally alongside your photo gallery.
Your celebration will also be enhanced with beautiful wedding florals, including a bridal bouquet, buttonhole, table flowers, cake flowers, and ceremony florals to create a cohesive and elegant setting. A talented live musician and MC will provide music throughout your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, setting the perfect atmosphere for the day and even transitioning into a DJ for your evening celebration if you wish.
The package also includes a food and beverage package designed for a minimum of 40 guests, with the ability to host up to 60 guests at an additional cost. If you’d like to further personalise your day, we offer a range of optional add-on services including hair and makeup, additional musicians, ceremony styling, content creation, cinematic sneak peeks, getting-ready coverage, and extended reception photo and video coverage.
For outdoor locations such as national parks, gardens, or beaches, venue or permit fees may apply. The great news is that these are fully organised and managed by our team at Elope HQ, ensuring your wedding is planned smoothly and professionally.
