There are so many beautiful locations along the Mornington Peninsula to hold your beach wedding. Our founder spent her summer holidays here so we’re super familiar with this area. We know the best secluded sites and where we can capture the most stunning photos all year round. Whether it be near the famous beach boxes, with the sand between your toes, or if you’re not a sand person we know of private locations for your small wedding where you can enjoy those ocean or bay views.
Hold your elopement wedding at sunset on the cliffs overlooking the Bass Strait coastline and rugged cliffs. This location features long grass, a rocky beach area and sweeping coastal views. Guests are most welcome here but please note this location is not suitable for anyone unsteady on their feet, or wants to wear heels as there is a steep walk down and back from this location and no phone reception. A perfect location for your intimate wedding for couples looking for incredible photographs with the ocean as your back drop.
FLINDERS CLIFFS
The Point is one of our little known locations ideal for those seeking a private elopement beach ceremony with a beach and bay outlook. With stunning heritage buildings or gardens as your backdrop this is a perfect public space that offers gorgeous wet weather back ups and even glamping onsite if you wish to stay in nature for a little getaway after your elopement. Hold your short and sweet ceremony followed by celebrations at one of our recommended dining venues.
THE POINT AT PORTSEA
Sand beneath your toes with the iconic sandstone cliff backdrop and London Bridge rock formation. What a gorgeous spot to have your short and sweet ceremony with just the two of you or with your closest people. Note this location has a short walk to the ceremony spot in soft sand and over some rocky areas, this location is not wheelchair or walking frame friendly
LONDON BRIDGE - PORTSEA BEACHES
